Jerez (ES), 2022, Palomino Fina Fresh, saline, and dry version of the Palomino grape. Complex wine, slightly oxidative. White fruits, nuts, brioche. Aged 4 months on the lees and 12 months barrel aging in ex-sherry casks.

Danube Valley (BU), 2023, Roussane+Marsanne+Rkatsiteli Full-bodied, playful wine. Ripe pear, almond, beeswax, a hint of butter, peach, biscuit, marmalade. Round acidity. 12 months aging in oak.
